DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS

A Comprehensive Training Program

Our Direct Support Professionals are known for setting the bar for quality service delivered to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our DSPs receive core initial trainings that equip them with the information and skills needed to excel in this line of work. Our arsenal of trainings include over 40 trainings in multiple subject areas and are provided throughout the professional career of our DSPs. DSPs must participate in an annual re-certification of appropriate trainings and all trainings are facilitated by instructors licensed by the State of New York.
