Douglas Triebel
Douglas Triebel has over 35 years of experience working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health issues in Louisiana and New York. Doug has extensive experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality improvement plans as well as staff development. He is a Certified Instructor on the Council on Quality Leadership (CQL) Personnel Outcome Measures and has additional experience in developing and conducting workshops on Direct Support Professional (DSP) core competencies, management/ leadership, person-centered planning, and Medicaid Service Coordinator core and specialty models.
Lesmore Willis, Jr.
Lesmore Willis, Jr. has over 18 years of experience as a Health Services industry leader and is passionate about addressing the issues affecting disenfranchised communities and individuals. Prior to joining The Logan Staffing Solutions team, he served as the Corporate Compliance Officer for Cerebral Palsy of Westchester. Lesmore was charged with ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate mandates, providing programmatic support, and assisting with infrastructure development for multiple program therapeutic models. Lesmore also served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance at Services for the Underserved in New York City. Lesmore monitored Medicaid funding, programmatic adherence, staff development, and coordinated relationships between funding sources and regulatory bodies for programs throughout the five boroughs.
Lesmore holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York and has completed his coursework for a Master’s Degree in Health Administration at Central Michigan University. Lesmore has dedicated his life and career to supporting people with disabilities. He has exemplified this in his service on multiple Board of Directors including Modest Community Services Inc., Quality Services Beyond Compliance Inc., Unique Life Inc., and the Surrogate Decision-Making Committee. Lesmore’s continued aspiration is to be able to support those who cannot support themselves.
Orlando Santos, Jr.
Orlando Santos, Jr. has 20 years of managerial experience; most of which are in leading multi-faceted youth and family development programs. In his nonprofit career, Orlando has successfully led large teams including teams of up to 50 staff and programs that served as many as 1,650 youth. Orlando has an innate ability to not only motivate staff but to build strong teams. His firm yet caring approach with those he leads yields results. In working with The Logan Staffing Solutions, Inc. Orlando is excited to offer fresh ideas that will positively impact team productivity and contribute to the growth of the company. Orlando boasts a B.S. in Communications with a concentration in Business Administration from St. John’s University. He is committed to developing and building authentic relationships with multiple stakeholders including staff, team members, and clients. His academic as well as professional background will be a great asset to the company.
